Installing state of the art AV equipment in a centuries old Guernsey farmhouse is always a challenge but is never impossible, as this installation demonstrates.

The client wished to have a 5.1 speaker system incorporated into the lounge with the emphasis on no-compromise audio that would be as unobtrusive as possible.

Naturally, Artcoustics' speakers were a good match for this requirement and the client was able to select artwork of their choice for each speaker.

We were also able to recess the TV & Center speaker flush with the wall for a really neat installation.

Central to the installation is a DF Solutions Base media server, which provides multi-room audio to 4 rooms and BluRay storage & streaming to 2 rooms.

All the equipment is located in a cupboard out of the way and the whole system is controlled by Philips pronto remote.

Avolution were able to take care of every respect of this installation, from cabling through to calibration.
