The Client moved offices and took the opportunity to install first-class Conference & Meeting Room facilities into the newly refurbished premises.

Ease of use is key to an installation like this – the system has to be foolproof so that any member of staff can operate it without troubling the IT dept.

The selection of in-wall and desk mounted touch screens from RTI make one-touch operation of all the systems extremely simple.

A Sonos music player with in-ceiling speakers provides music in the reception space and both Conference rooms feature in-ceiling speakers for an even distribution of sound.

LifeSize and Polycom equipment take care of the Video Conferencing facilities.

All equipment supplied and installed by Avolution.
